If a prescription is not approved following clinical review, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day via a tracked delivery service.
Deliveries are made to UK addresses only. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is accurate. We cannot be held liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address provided by you.
Medications are packaged discreetly and in accordance with safe pharmaceutical handling standards.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically reviewed and approved. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at the details provided on our website.
Once a prescription has been approved and dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medications, in accordance with UK medicines regulations and for reasons of patient safety.
If your order is damaged, incorrect, or missing upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
